ATV Centre Road Legal Quads

Here at the ATV centre we were probably one of the first people in the country to convert an off road quad into a fully road legal one. We have converted all makes and models including Can-AmDS650, Yamaha YFZ350 Banshee, Yamaha YFM700R and many more. We have even helped Devon and Cornwall police convert their Honda Big Red quad bikes so that it can be used on the beaches in the county.

We pride ourselves on the fact that all our conversions look like they come straight from the factory.

Information about our conversions.

.    We manufacture a separate road legal wiring loom that integrates into the original OEM loom.

.    We integrate the road legal switch gear into the existing wiring loom.

.    We fit all the necessary parts for the road i.e. Road legal tyres, horn, side light, speedo (if required) and rubber trim for the      front plastics.

.    Once all work is completed we take it to VOSA (Vehicle and Operator Services Agency) for what is called an MSVA      ( Motorcycle Single Vehicle Approval ) test.

.    This test will ensure that each quad is suitable and complies with all regulations to go on the road.

.    All quads that we convert will be registered as PLG ( Private/Light Goods) .

.    We can convert 99% of off road quads to go on the road.
